Meet the management team
The people behind every NexxGenn project, from capital to commissioning.

Byron Berry, CFA
Byron brings decades of capital markets leadership. As one of Canada's top ranked research analysts, he led teams whose work institutional investors and the boards and executives of technology companies relied on. He has since cofounded and scaled companies in technology, industrial products, and finance. As Executive Chairman, he leads NexxGenn's board and governance and anchors its relationships with the capital markets, giving developers, partners, and investors confidence in the company behind every commitment.

Salim Rahemtulla
Salim brings more than 30 years of private and public sector leadership in real estate development, asset management, and renewable energy. A former U.S. Navy officer who operated military specification gas turbines, he builds that same discipline into every stage of NexxGenn's solution lifecycle, starting with how the hydrogen platform integrates with the turbines powering data centers. He has directed multibillion dollar infrastructure portfolios and mission critical data center developments. As CEO, he sets strategy, leads NexxGenn's cross functional teams, and partners with major data center power developers to deliver power that performs when it counts.

Raghu Kilambi
A Chartered Accountant and serial company builder, Raghu has raised more than US$2 billion in equity and debt capital and has backed or led companies later acquired by Yahoo, eBay, CGI and private equity. As NexxGenn's CFO, he drives capital strategy, project finance, and disciplined execution under public company standards of governance and compliance, turning a growing pipeline into funded projects and lasting shareholder value.

Pinakin Patel
Pinakin brings more than 45 years of leadership in hydrogen and fuel cell technology, including four decades at FuelCell Energy, more than 30 patents, and over $500 million in global R&D funding secured. As NexxGenn's CTO, he guides technology strategy and engineering validation, turning proven hydrogen science into reliable, field ready systems for customers who cannot afford surprises.

Bill O'Banion
Bill brings more than 30 years of experience delivering advanced automation and process systems into energy applications for global leaders in oil and gas, industrial gases, hydrogen, and renewable energy. At NexxGenn he works across early stage engineering and supply chain development, shaping each project's architecture and supply chain around long term customer partnerships, from first conversation to commissioned power.
