Clean hydrogen power, made on-site.
One integrated system, fuel to load.
NexxGenn builds the fuel, the storage, and the conversion as one platform, sized to the site rather than to a catalog.
Pipeline natural gas comes into a compact steam reforming platform that runs continuously and produces fuel cell grade hydrogen. The carbon from reforming is captured at the source, from both the process stream and the reformer's own flue gas, and compressed for offtake. The hydrogen goes to storage at 250 bar and from there to two destinations: metered into the fuel of your baseload generation, and held ready for fuel cells that carry backup.
Between generation and your load sits a grid forming power conditioning layer with short duration storage. It holds a utility grade waveform, carries the load through the seconds after any trip, absorbs the load steps AI compute imposes, and black starts the site without a utility. Generation produces megawatts; the conditioning layer turns them into a power supply.
Every element of the platform is commercial equipment with operating hours and field data behind it, sourced through a supply chain that spans the United States and Canada.
Reforming with capture
Fuel cell grade hydrogen made on-site, carbon captured at the source.
Storage
Hydrogen at 250 bar, sized to the backup duration the site requires and held full.
Enrichment and backup
A blend controller feeds your generation; the same storage feeds the fuel cells.
Conditioning
Grid forming power electronics and short duration storage between generation and load.
Predictive monitoring
Every critical asset watched continuously, with AI in the cloud flagging wear and faults before they become outages.
