Siting and Community

The simplest permit is the one nobody has to fight.

Water, air, noise, and local benefit now decide permits as often as engineering does. We design for all of them at the start, not at the hearing.

Air

Low NOx generation, carbon captured at the reformer, and a backup fleet that emits nothing at the point of use. No diesel and no fuel oil on the property; the energy stored on-site is hydrogen and the short duration battery that conditions the power.

Noise

Enclosed equipment designed to property line noise limits, so the site sounds like a building, not a power plant.

Water

Fuel cell product water is recovered and returned to the reforming process, and cooling is designed around the site's water supply, with dry cooling where water is scarce.

Permitting

Fewer combustion sources, captured carbon, no fuel oil storage, and a clear emissions basis make for a simpler permit and a shorter public meeting.

Jobs

Operators, technicians, and local trades. On-site energy brings the permanent jobs a lights out data center does not.
